Sitting on the bed or chair, standing straight, leaning little forward and lying over the bed and walking are the comfortable poses. Presence of children or husband gives you more ideas to pose. Third important thing, you need to think about is the location. You have sufficient choices to choose according to your convenience. The first phase sessions should be held outdoor while the sessions at the later stage should be kept indoor or near the house.
